Prof. Dr. Stefan Seegerer

I am a researcher, developer, speaker, and educator in the field of computing education. With a strong passion for using the latest technology to create a better tomorrow, I am committed to making technology accessible to all.

As a Professor at Ansbach University of Applied Sciences, I conduct research in Human-Centered Future Computing and teach courses on Human Computer Interaction and designing interactive experiences with (web) technologies. In parallel, I serve as CXO at greenhats, where I lead the experience strategy – from training programs to digital products that help companies effectively protect their teams against cybercrime. Additionally, I support IQM Quantum Computers with community work to make quantum computing accessible to a broader audience.

I am proud to have been recognized for my contributions to computing education, having received the esteemed Helmut and Heide Balzert Award in 2022. I am also honoured to have been named an Al Newcomer 2021 by the BMBF and the German Society for Computer Science.
